Raveena Khanna, MD

Dr. Raveena Khanna, MD is a PGY-3 Resident Physician at Howard Dermatology, after which she hopes to pursue a Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship to further her knowledge and understanding of procedural modalities for the treatment of dermatologic conditions. Dr. Khanna graduated from Creighton University School of Medicine, after which she completed a fellowship in Hair Restoration under the mentorship of Dr. Sanusi Umar in Manhattan Beach, California. Dr. Khanna has co-authored over 40 publications thus far and has a specific research interest in pigmentary disorders and the safety and utilization of laser and energy-based devices across skin types for the treatment of chronic refractory dermatoses. She is currently a membner of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, and the Skin of Color Society.
